Archie Comics Bigshot -- Accused of 'Penis' Taunting

The female co-CEO of Archie Comics is accused of going on a phallic outburst in the office recently ... allegedly pointing at employees and shouting "PENIS, PENIS, PENIS, PENIS." Oh, Archie!
Archie Comics Publications has filed legal papers against co-CEO Nancy Silberkleit -- claiming she has a history of bullying and sexually harassing employees ... and she must be stopped!
According to the lawsuit, filed yesterday in NY, several employees have lodged complaints about Nancy's "offensive" behavior ... including one time in 2009, when she barged into a meeting and "pointed to each [attendee] and said, 'PENIS, PENIS, PENIS, PENIS' and then walked out."
Nancy allegedly pulled the same "penis" stunt again in 2010 -- but this time she also screamed out, "My balls hurt."
Archie Comics claims it hired an outside firm to investigate the allegations -- and the company recommended Archie cut ties with Nancy ASAP.
Now, Archie wants a judge to grant an injunction -- barring Nancy from returning to the office ... and preventing her from representing the company at the upcoming Comic-Con in San Diego.
Attempts to reach Nancy were unsuccessful.

Arnold Gets the House, the Rest Is Up for Grabs

TMZ has learned ... Arnold Schwarzenegger will get the family home in Brentwood, CA as part of his divorce settlement with Maria Shriver ... but virtually nothing else has been worked out.
We're told there will be no issue ... All of the assets in the marriage are community property, which means Arnold and Maria have a 50/50 interest. But we're told Arnold, Maria and their reps are "in the very beginning stages" of deciding who gets what.
As we first reported, there is no prenup. We're told when Arnold and Maria married, they had "very little in the way of assets compared to what they have now." The combined wealth of the former couple is estimated at around $400 million.
And, as we reported, Maria is in escrow to buy a home valued at around $10 million. The house is also in Brentwood, approximately 3 miles from the family home. Maria wanted to be close so the kids could easily go back and forth.
As for the exact percentage of the spoils Arnold and Maria will ultimately walk away with -- it hasn't even been discussed. "It's very early in the process" says one source with direct knowledge.

Casey Anthony Juror: Ask Me Anything ... For a Price

One of the jurors in the Casey Anthony trial has decided to go public with his side of the story -- but TMZ has learned, he's not talkin' ... unless the price is right ... and 5-figure offers are already pouring in.
A publicist for the unidentified juror is sending a letter to media outlets, claiming, "Our client -- a married, college-educated, 33-year-old white male with two young children -- is willing to consider granting one or more media interviews so long as the opportunities are paid."
We're told the juror has already received multiple offers from big news operations, including at least one major network. Sources tell us ... the high offers are in the "mid 5-figures."
Paid interviews are a hazy moral territory for obvious reasons -- and the publicist, Rick French, admits, paying for sit-downs is "always a sticky subject and believe me, I understand the delicacy of this type of negotiation."
But French insists ... sticky or not, his client ain't budging -- "He will not entertain any offers that don't include compensation for a myriad of reasons."
Jim in Cali I don't think this is bad at all. The shows are making money off the ratings of the show so why should a juror give a free interview. I'd do the same thing in his shoes.

Hours after she was found not guilty of murdering her 2-year-old daughter Tuesday, Vivid Entertainment honcho Steve Hirsch called up Casey's lawyer, Jose Baez, to discuss the possibility of a business relationship.
Hirsch tells TMZ ... "Whether you agree with the verdict or not, Casey will want to move forward with her life and has a right to make a living. It’s not going to be easy for her and we believe we can help her make the transition into a new life."
No word on how much Hirsch is willing to pony up ... but he thinks there's a realistic chance ... noting, "We’ve all seen the pictures of her partying and having a good time with friends where she definitely looks hot."
So far, Hirsch has yet to hear back from Anthony's lawyer ... but he says, “I’m sure Baez and Casey are celebrating today, but I’m hoping to connect with him very soon.”

Nicole Kidman, Baby Faith, Sunday Rose and Keith Urban all blew through LAX this morning as a happy family, but there's something terribly terribly wrong with this picture. Start on the left, now softly dance your eyeballs across the cloudy river of pastel pink cotton candy across the sparkly road of white gum drops, so pretty....so soft...so pretty...and then BAM! You'll land directly on top of a whole lot of cig-stained, whiskey-scented black! This is not what Nicole Kidman had in mind!
Does Nicole have to lay out Keith's white chinos, baby pink gingham shirt and oatmeal cardigan on the bed for him?! Smash Mouth frontman Steve Harwell is gearing up to chow down roughly 1,800 calories in one sitting -- promising to polish off 24 EGGS ... if fans throw down $10,000 for charity.
A rep for the band tells us the egg stunt wasn't Steve's idea -- that honor goes to a creative fan who posted the challenge on a website ... and word spread FAST.
We're told the band received hundreds of calls, emails, Facebook and Twitter messages BEGGING the frontman to take on the eggs ... and Steve decided that if fans could raise $10k for St. Jude's Children's Hospital ... he would do it.
Smash Mouth launched a fundraising website on Causes.com ... and they've already raised more than $6k in less than 24 hours ... so it's only a matter of time before Steve has a date with destiny.
As for preparation, we're told Steve will get to have his eggs cooked any way he wants ... as long as he eats them ALL.
