U.S. comedienne Joan Rivers was quizzed by British officials when she was mistaken for an immigrant illegally entering the U.K. Four border patrol officers descended on the funnywoman as she disembarked from a fishing boat on the Swale Estuary near Kent, England after they received a tip-off regarding a suspicious group of people.
